    CANCELLATION  POLICY

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance or class is forfeited. If you are using a pass, one session will be charged for every missed class without prior cancellation, referred to as a ‘no show’. If you are a member, there will be a $18.00 charge for a every missed class without prior cancellation, regardless of membership type.

If you are unable to attend classes for an extended period of time, you will be able to place your membership on hold twice per 12 month period. A minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 3 months will be allowed. For three or more membership holds there will be a $20.00 administration fee per hold. Please speak with a staff member for more information.

STUDIO POLICY

Classes begin promptly so please ensure you have checked-in for class no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Late check-ins will have their spot forfeited and open to those on the waitlist. Doors will be closed once class begins. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your first class to allow time for registration and to familiarize yourself with the studio and amenities.

Please leave your outdoor shoes in reception under the benches and have dry, clean shoes for class. We have lockers with electronic locks available for use during class. 

To keep our studio private and respectful for our members, please ensure cell phones are off when entering the locker area and washrooms. You are free to use your phone in reception. Please do not bring your phone into the gym area.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a class is cancelled, those enrolled will be notified via their preferred contact method in the MindBody system.
