Mike Du

Mike has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years as a personal trainer and health coach. Mike has always taken a passion to inspire others (and himself) to achieve their personal best. After graduating from the UofCalgary, he worked in a physiotherapy setting for nearly 10 years with some of the most sought after surgeons and physiotherapists in Canada. Here, he trained anyone from high level athletes to people recovering from debilitating injuries. From this experience, he created the optimal workout program at Revive that balances achieving great results with reducing the rate of injury. Thereby, producing long lasting results and healthy bodies through low impact, high intensity training.

When not at Revive, he’s going on new adventures with his daughters and wife, playing football and is always on the hunt for a good meal!

Kristen MacPhee

Kristen has been in the fitness industry since 2010. She is passionate about learning and evolving in an ever changing industry. Kristen started in group fitness, this was her first love. The energy that her participants give her is so fulfilling and rewarding. She has numerous certifications in the group fitness industry including step, functional fitness certifications and TRX. Kristen has been personal training clients for the past three years while working towards completing an exercise science diploma from NAIT. Kristen graduated in 2018 with a 3.9 GPA. Her own fitness goals center around quality of life and showing her two children how to live a balanced and healthy life, staying active.

Kim Winsor

Kim brings a wealth of experience to the Revive Fitness community - everything from one on one training, small groups, bootcamps, workshops, nutrition coaching, training trainers and fitness department management. She is Personal Training, TRX, Rowing and Precision Nutrition certified and has specialized in HIIT training for the last 6 years. Believing in life long learning, she is currently taking the NASM Corrective Exercise course. Kim believes in the idea of taking care of one’s health today in order to enjoy it tomorrow, that fitness is for everybody and that it should be kick ass and fun at the same time!! She has an innate ability to recognize a person for who they are as a whole. Keenly aware that we are so much more that body fat percentages and numbers on a scale, Kim recognizes that we are all motivated in different ways and she loves to get to know each member and client individually. Kim has a solid knowledge base, a caring demeanor, positive high energy, and the ability to push for more when you didn't even know you needed it!

Sandy Punia

For about the last 20 years, Sandy has been passionately involved in the wellness and fitness industry all over the world. I love working with others and teaching all types of workouts to stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.

My passion has always been in helping others stay motivated to strengthen and take care of themselves through exercise and nutrition. As a mom of two, I strive to be a positive role model and example to my children of the importance of keeping the body active and balanced physically and mentally.
