Semi-Private Personal training marries the best of both worlds: Personal Training and Small Group Fitness. Have all the benefits of a personal trainer in a small group, with your own personalized program that is tailored to your goals. It is personal, fun and sustainable.

It is NOT group training.  Group training is where everyone is doing the same thing. Semi-private personal training offers you a personalized program, with up to 2 others.
