It is NOT group training. Group training is where everyone is doing the same thing. Semi-private personal training offers you a personalized program, with up to 2 others.

COACHING + ACCOUNTABILITY
We check in regularly with your goals and measure your progress to make sure you’re on track. It’s fun to share your fitness journey with others and easier to be accountable with the support of a trainer AND one to two other people
